We are a group of Secretaries and Travel bookers who wanted to build a database of hotels which we can share among our friends who need to get rooms urgently for our bosses or associates. This growing need by the nature of our jobs puts us into panic and urgent actions to scramble for rooms especially when we are given last minute requests which are often very difficult to fulfill. We are often frustrated and angry

Thank goodness for Bruce who suggested we build a simple database for our own use and to solve our urgent needs. We had lots of fun building it and hope you will find it useful as well. We use it constantly to find rooms and so far we are quite happy! More time for us to talk about our children during lunch time!
